NINETEEN-year-old Hayley Jobling has made such an impression in her short time at Stockton-on-Tees based Archers Law, that she's already won an employee of the month award!

Hayley, from Ingleby Barwick, is studying hard at the well known law firm on an Apprenticeship in Business and Administration, and beat off competition from 70 other employees to receive the award.

As well as learning her own role, Hayley has been getting involved in undertaking research for the firm's marketing officer and meeting every challenge she has faced head on.

Hayley said, "Working at Archers Law is absolutely fantastic and combining the role with learning with NECC is great.

"Studying full time was not for me, I wanted to get experience in the world of employment but this way I get to study at the same time, which means I can still achieve nationally recognised qualifications!"
